As working parents with young children, we have personal experience of the difficulties faced in trying to find quality childcare that meets the needs of busy family lives. At Plantos, we have set out to provide a range of services designed to combine child development needs with family quality of life.
Our aim is to deliver parental peace of mind through the highest quality childcare that encourages fun, creativity and learning through play.
Our culture is one of continual improvement and innovation. Our philosophy is to provide a bilingual upbringing at an early age that gives a head start to children and opens up increased opportunities later on in life.
Our staff
The best part of the children’s day is the interaction they get with our staff. Our commitment to deliver the highest quality childcare requires the highest quality team. The team we recruit represent a wide range of skills and experience. In all key positions the team have recognised childcare or teaching qualifications and we maintain a qualified team ratio well in excess of the minimum requirement of CSSIW - Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales. At Plantos, children are at the core of everything we do and enhanced training delivers a child-centric focus to the services we offer.
